
We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales Executive with 4+ years of proven experience in selling digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, capable of closing high-value deals, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from initial outreach and requirement gathering to negotiation and deal closure.
Prepare and deliver high-impact pitch presentations to key decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to define solutions, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with revenue targets.
Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions to identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities.
Work closely with the strategy team to create customized proposals addressing client needs and objectives.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales performance reports.
Handle objections professionally by aligning facts, objectives, and solutions to reach positive outcomes.
Monitor digital and new media industry trends and competitor offerings to improve current services and identify new business avenues.
4+ years of experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing agency or IT services company.
