Business Development / Sales Executive – Digital Marketing (4+ Years Experience)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales Executive with 4+ years of proven experience in selling digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, capable of closing high-value deals, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from initial outreach and requirement gathering to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Prepare and deliver high-impact pitch presentations to key decision-makers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to define solutions, pricing, and delivery timelines.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with revenue targets.

  • Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions to identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities.

  • Work closely with the strategy team to create customized proposals addressing client needs and objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales performance reports.

  • Handle objections professionally by aligning facts, objectives, and solutions to reach positive outcomes.

  • Monitor digital and new media industry trends and competitor offerings to improve current services and identify new business avenues.

Skills And Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing agency or IT services company.

  • Strong expertise in selling integrated digital marketing solutions, including:

    • Website Design & Development

    • SEO

    • Social Media Marketing

    • Paid Media / Performance Marketing

    • Content Marketing

    • Affiliate Marketing

    • Creative Services

  • Excellent presentation, pitching, and communication skills.

  • Proven negotiation and deal-closing ability.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about achieving results (#MakeBigHappen mindset).

  • Ability to add value to client conversations with strong industry insights.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with mid-to-large clients

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting

  • Strong understanding of the digital & new media ecosystem
