SaaS IT Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven SaaS IT Sales Executive to drive the sales of our cloud-based software solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand client requirements and demonstrate how our SaaS products can help improve business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and demonstrate SaaS products to prospective clients through online and in-person meetings.
  • Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Follow up on inbound enquiries and marketing-qualified leads.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Skills And Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in SaaS, software, ERP, CRM, or IT solutions sales.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM software for lead and pipeline management.
  • Ability to understand software products and explain technical concepts in a simple manner.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling CRM, ERP, HRMS, Property Management, Accounting, or other SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based software, APIs, and business automation solutions.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and online sales tools.
  • Understanding of digital transformation and business process automation.
