Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to connect with prospective students, understand their educational requirements, and guide them toward suitable courses and programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
Responsibilities

Contact prospective students through phone calls and WhatsApp to explain available courses and educational programs.

Respond to enquiries generated through websites, social media, digital campaigns, and other marketing channels.

Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.

Schedule counselling sessions with the Education Counsellor or Admissions Team.

Follow up regularly with leads to maximize admission conversions.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student information in the CRM.

Achieve monthly lead conversion and admission targets.

Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, and admission procedures.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Skills And Qualifications
Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or educational admissions.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Experience in the education, training, or EdTech industry.
