Urgent Opening: HR Recruiter (With HR & Admin Experience)

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with strong HR and Admin experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and supporting HR administrative functions. Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Create and update job descriptions and job postings on various platforms.

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

  • Maintain HR records and support administrative tasks as needed.

  • Conduct reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates.

  • Assist in employee engagement and HR policy implementation.

  • Ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience for all candidates.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or HR Recruiter.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS tools.

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

  • Knowledge of Business Development is an added advantage.

  • Candidates residing near Malad will be preferred.

Salary: Rs.15,000 – Rs. 30,000 per month (Based on experience)
